WHERE'S MY MONEY?

Passion and enthusiasm are words essential to playing elite sport, but are not necessarily associated with accounting or accountants. I met Jason Cunningham through a mutual friend and I'd never met anyone with more energy and excitement towards everything he was associated with. I was in financial ruin and turning to Jason was my last chance. I thought there was no way out for me. After a brief meeting I left his office feeling on top of the world and believing that everything was going to turn out fine. After years of struggle I had finally met someone who could relate to me and my position, and who could instil the belief I needed to move forward. He didnt complicate things, he spoke in my language and he gave me hope when I thought there wasnt any.
As time passed we untangled the mess I had created and got to a stage where I was back in control. Throughout the process Jason and I became very good friends, and we still have a professional association. I never understood or learned about money while playing football - unfortunately it wasnt until after I'd retired that we met. That meeting changed my life (and my family's) forever. He is not only the very best in his field, he is also the very best of people. I have no hesitation in saying he's the best coach I've ever had.
